SALON POLICIES
At Exotic Touch Nail Lounge, our policies are designed to protect the comfort, safety, and experience of every guest while allowing our team to provide the highest level of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Salon Experience & Courtesy
To preserve a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels while in the salon.
Outside food & beverages are not permitted. This helps us maintain the highest hygiene and sanitation standards for all guests.
Pets are not permitted inside the salon, including service animals. Our salon follows a multi-step sanitation process to maintain a clean and professional environment.
Children must be supervised at all times. For safety and air-quality considerations, we are unable to accommodate infants in the salon.
Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. Your health and comfort are our top priority.
If at any time you feel unwell during your service, please notify your technician immediately so we may stop the service and assist as needed.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, we are happy to re-perform the service within three days. Limitations apply.
Appointments & Services
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or be accommodated as a walk-in, subject to availability. Our technicians reserve the right to accept the next scheduled guest in order to remain on time.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
Refill services are not accepted after two weeks, depending on nail growth and condition.
Complimentary nail repairs or nail polish touch-ups (such as lifting or chipping) are offered within three days of the original service. After this period, standard service charges will apply.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All services are final. Refunds are not provided.
Safety, Liability & Rights
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Exotic Touch Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
For your safety, please be mindful of your surroundings. Our salon contains professional equipment and chemical products.
Exotic Touch Nail Lounge is not responsible for any falls, injuries, or accidents that may occur on the premises.
The salon is equipped with security cameras that record video and audio for the safety of our guests and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests and team members.
Respectful behavior toward our staff and other guests is required at all times. We appreciate your kindness and understanding as our team works to provide exceptional service.
Additional Fees & Payment Methods
A $25 after-hours or squeeze-in fee applies to appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours. Sundays are considered after-hours. We accept only Visa and Mastercard.
We charge a $1 service fee to every card transaction.
We do not accept expired gift cards, certificates, or coupons.
